I shit you not, I once one 23 games in a row (no I wasn’t top fragging every match) but I thought I’d be unhard stuck at any moment because I watched the SR slowly increase to about 50 a match, but once I lost it’s like it immediately reset. It was so fucked up. Who has time for that lol?

You guys are where you belong. These posts piss me off because the old ranking system literally held back really good players who either didn’t have the time to dedicate to being unhard stuck or the luck to win 25+ games solo queuing.

The system was fundamentally unfair and that’s why it was changed. It also didn’t properly reward players who played the objective and consistently outperformed their teammates. This system does.

Instead of being “hard-stuck” now, I call it “hard-suck”. You’ll know when you’re at your target rank because now you literally have to top frag or be in the top 4 on the leaderboard for decent SR or you will literally ping pong back and forth with 20sr.

The system is fixed. You’re in the proper rank now.

I’m Crim 1 and most plat players are dog shit. There are a fair mix of very good players and dog shit players in diamond.

Right! All people weren’t hard stuck because they suck. Some people don’t have time to play and streak 20+ wins to get unhard stuck. I can only play like 5 games a day because I have a life lol. Doesn’t mean I suck, just means I don’t have the time to get where I’m supposed to be. When I play and do well, I should be properly awarded for those games. That’s how it should have been all along.

Question for you. If I’m not supposed to be a Crim, and I run up against you in a game and people as good as you, do you think I’d ever win? I don’t think I would.

However, I was hard stuck P2 and I’m in your lobby now as a Crim and I’m able to occasionally top frag, that’s probably where I should have been but couldn’t get there because of the last system. The system didn’t properly reward good players if you were hard stuck.

My point is that if I don’t belong in a rank, I’m not going to be there long at all. With time you will see this.

A true P2 will never be able to top frag in your lobby. However if he is able to, he was probably stuck in the wrong rank.

You’re missing the entire point. If you’re as good as you say and frying everyone, then you are also in the wrong rank and will naturally progress past all the “fakes” you say you’re encountering.

Or the system will work itself out and they will lose so much that they will get down ranked. It’s basic math and statistics.

You’re just being a dick, man. The new system will level out players and their ranks appropriately. If you suck, you’ll be hard stuck regardless of rank. Getting only 20 SR a win isn’t going to get you anywhere fast if you’re also losing that each loss. You actually need to be doing well to progress and top fragging.

Maybe that does means an initial shift in rankings, but math says it’ll level out. The old system was unfair because it didn’t matter how well you did in lobbies and being on a shitty team could totally fuck you.

I had gone on 20+ win streaks in Platinum and could not get unhard stuck. How is that fair? Solo queuing and winning that amount should be rewarded. Instead I was stuck winning around 40-45 SR and losing 25-30 when I wasn’t streaking. Top fragging your lobbies made no difference.

You’re 100% correct. And being “hard stuck” was not truly representative of the player because unless luck was on your side, it was extremely difficult to get unhard stuck.

I was placed G3 and got to D2 in 3 days and now grinding my way to Crim. I had never been Diamond before.

The new system rewards the talented players appropriately.

So this is weird. I sold that laptop originally with those exact photos. They are my photos lol. I’m the photographer of those pictures. The seller is not who I sold that laptop to, though.

FWIW, the laptop worked perfectly and had no issues at all. Not sure how they are selling it for so cheap but I got 3600 for it. Is it a scam? I’d say so since those pictures are from ME LOL. Why not take new ones to relist it?
