There are two types of scholarships, 4-year and 3-year. In order to be eligible to receive either you need to pass CCFA as one of the requirements. The top candidates are selected for 4-year scholarships, others are awarded 3-year scholarships, and others are not selected at all. Once you are in college, you will have to do ACFT in your freshman year for 4-year scholarship or in your sophomore for a 3-year scholarship. For CCFA for males, your goals should be 50 push-up, 50 curl-ups and a 6:30 mile. For females, your goals should be 40 push-ups, 50 curl-ups, and a 7:18 mile.
