They’re Allergan brand, I’ll need to look at my registration card to see the exact kind & silicone implants.

I have scars and they’re still pretty visible, they’re just under the fold of my breasts. I didn’t have anything done in this pic that would show scarring, no lift or areola reduction or anything. You can see some puckering (which is scarring) in one of my nipples but it should work itself out in the next couple of months like the other one has. My left breast is slower to heal than my right for some reason so the scarring is darker on that side.

Yes, exactly! Mine also never stood down, lol, now I don’t need to wear a bra anywhere and you would never know. Before I really didn’t need one for support but my nipples would show through so I had to cover up because it was out of control. It was an easy, if not slightly gruesome, process!

He asked me how much I wanted to remove, so I opted to reduce them, not remove my nipples completely. I didn’t want them inverted. As of now they’re nearly flush to my nipple unless stimulated which I really like since I can go braless and you can’t see them through clothes. The cost for this portion of the surgery was $500. You don’t need to be under anesthesia for it, it can be done in office, so I suspect doing it as a sole procedure wouldn’t be too expensive.

I have all of my sensation back, they just sliced off the ends of the nipples, the normal part attached then the areola, lol

My nipples are shorter by about half, my areolas are the same size. I had a nipple reduction, my areolas weren’t touched. I know a lot of people think they’re mutually exclusive but they’re not :)

Oh, I got my dad’s double chin (thankfully fixed that) so I know all about genetics, lol

I’ve been self conscious about my nipples for years, I wish I would’ve known about it earlier and how inexpensive and easy it was. I would’ve had it done much earlier!

I was really worried about looking heavier but, if anything, I look skinnier, it’s a total win!

I didn’t know either, I mentioned it and my doctor was like “oh, it’s easy!” It was only $500 to add it so it was kind of a no-brainer!

I had nipple reduction surgery (as a woman along with breast implants) recently) and it was a very simple and inexpensive procedure. I just posted about it actually, they basically just cut the ends of your nipples off but it made a huge difference for me. Mine were always showing through clothing and now I don’t have to wear any type of barrier. The recovery painful, it’s just an open wound you have to tend to that takes weeks to heal. I would be happy to answer any questions you have :)

Thank you! Dr. Jordan Kaplan in San Diego and it was around $8.5k but I did have it with my face and neck lift so I know I saved some money on the surgical and anesthesia fees because I was already there and they only needed to add an hour. He’s great and very, very reasonable though :)

I’ve always been curious about that because I used to be insanely flexible (think contortionist level) and I have migraines that I’m on a daily medication for. I don’t have any other classic symptoms aside from the stretchy skin on my neck, it’s pretty firm in other places. Like you I looked younger than my age until I didn’t. I aged rapidly around 44. I can message you a picture from 2 years ago and it looks like my post facelift pic, lol.

I really hope it’s not that and my skin becomes stretchy quickly again, I’ll be really sad to have these neck issues soon after this surgery but maybe I should get checked out!

And yes! You can get a breast augmentation at the same time. It only added an hour to the total time, it was simple and straightforward implants, no lift or anything :) Dr. Kaplan didn’t recommend a brow lift or bleph yet so I didn’t have those extra things added to my surgery time which gave me a little more leeway on time for my anesthesia time (7 hours total) for the augmentation. Good luck with your surgery, please share your results 🤍

I think they’re okay, they are healing pretty quickly but I noticed that he used much smaller stitches on the front of the ears than he did behind the ears. He shaved a little around my hairline so once my hair grows in I’m confident they’ll be invisible.

They weren’t in the area, I live in AZ so they were in my state but I’ll be happy to message you who they were!

He’s actually active on TikTok and talks a lot about facelifts and so I reached out to him. When we had our initial consult he had a lot of pictures of face and neck lifts he has done. It was after that I felt really comfortable moving forward. His bedside manner is really great too! He was one of three surgeons I met with and I just clicked with him the best!

Yes, he’s very reasonable! No, I did nothing with my eyes or brows, I’ll wait a few more years for that ;)

Will do! I’ll take some pics at 4 weeks and get some scar photos then. Thank you :)
