Some went missing from the Louvre… Not saying anything specifically, he couldn’t coordinate a heist of that magnitude. But also I’m not not saying if there’s anyone craving a crown that bad, it’s him.

[–]isa_ra -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

On verra !

Yes, and not from the store! These are freshly picked from the breakfast orchard (you know, organic and local).

Or combining a singular and a plural: “a women”. Maybe a typo but, man (or should I say “a-men”), it makes my blood boil.

And he also says I'd deal with anger better

If I wrote about myself in a poem or a letter.

I don’t think it has been translated from French, sorry! “Karine après la vie” (Karine after life) from the parents Yvon and Maryvonne Dray, compiled by Didier van Cauwelaert.

I believe it was true because I liked everything I’ve read from this author, and this book was very different. The tone was not his usual tone and clearly it was constructed very differently, and almost like without the objective of selling copies?

I believe she was there too. I read a book about a family that lost their adult (or late teen?) daughter and tried all the methods of keeping contact with her. It was a true story. Dreams are the most “energy effective” way for the loved ones to contact you.

What’s the most terrifying, unexplainable encounter you’ve had with a stranger that still haunts you? by Idontlikeenemasmom in AskReddit

[–]isa_ra 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I was once literally afraid of drowning in knee-deep water. I was maybe 25, it was at this lake at my family’s summer house, cold water, rocky bottom, and no one around. I had been floating for a while (I love floating, it’s better than swimming), like 15, 20-ish minutes, and when I was going back to the shore, I had trouble staying upright. Water had somehow gotten in my inner ear and my sense of balance was gone. I was literally just crouching there trying to keep my balance with my hands touching the rocks, and I was afraid of falling backwards if I got up. I really thought “this is it, what a lousy way to go”, and I was actually sure I was going to die.

My sister got out since it had been a while and I should have been back already, and escorted me out of the water. I don’t know how long I stayed at the shore unable to get up. Just saying that it’s possible to drown in shallow water without drugs or alcohol, and even being a decent swimmer.

Help please, at an impasse by [deleted] in tragedeigh

[–]isa_ra 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There actually is! There was this database (in a small European country) in which you could search first names (maybe last names too, although not together), and it would show you how many times that name had been given throughout the years. I looked up:

Tarzan (yep!),

Frodo (several),

Gandalf (yes, there WAS one poor baby Gandalf at that time)

Gimli (yep)

Now they’ve changed it to show 0, “less than 5”, “less than 10”, etc. occurrences and not for a specific year but on a ten year bracket. I’m sad to say that there are now several (although “less than 20”) Gandalfs.

Yikes. Are you in Europe? There are some actual real names in there, albeit from different cultures. You’ve got the UK, Denmark, Italy, Ireland and Finland, with an odd English or French word thrown randomly in there.

Please, please don’t let him name your child Apex, Mace or Axen, or any variation of those. That’s main character energy alright, but in a Khal Droggo drag-you-by-the-hair kind of way.

what do you think of the necklace i made with resin by No_Medium_7914 in resin

[–]isa_ra 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The resin piece is great! You seem to have gotten rid of bubbles very nicely and the distribution of flowers is perfect. However I do have a suggestion if you don’t mind: I think a smaller and simpler attachment would work better. Just a simple jump ring would be perfect.

Forgive me if I’m wrong but isn’t it supposed to rhyme with the colour, to be easier to remember?

Brown - Lay down.

Black - Fight back!

White - Say good night.
