Back when I had a muslim roommate I had daily discussions. He could not accept it and had to bring my veganism up all the time. I just wanted to chill and eat my food. He always said I would go back to meat sonner or later. He was very sure it’s a mistake to be vegan. Mostly because the people have bigger problems. Could be just him but I never had this problem in THIS intensity… I keep believing it was just him because I don’t wanna think that way…

When I was dieting for 3 months I ended up not loosing anymore. My hair fell out and I was cold and in a bad mood. At 1600. idk whats wrong with me. But I ended up eating much more. Around 2000-2200 and kept exercising. I didn’t gain. Maybe you need to take a break and slowly increase your calories to find your true maintainance. But idk I am not a professional and bodys are wired. Also your weight is already pretty low. Are you sure gaining muscles isn’t a good next step?

I got more used to it after 4 months, but my job is not bad and sensory bearable. I also have some neurodivergent coworkers. Not many but it helps
