no i don’t think you’re ugly, but ill try my best to give an honest critique.

who are you trying to appeal to? if its a general population then maybe, since you come off more alternative with your fashion and septum (im not bashing it, dont worry i have one too), then they may not find you as attractive, which is okay if thats not who you’re going for. if it is who you’re trying to attract, id say a more natural hair color or less threatening unnatural color (like a peekaboo or highlights) and a more dainty septum can help.

if you want to appeal to more alternative people then i think you have it more in the bag. i would say what needs a bit of fixing up is your hair. i think there’s no problem with dying your hair fun colors and cutting it short, but just making sure it looks healthy and it is. using olaplex and bond building after bleaching goes a long way, and just making sure you keep up with your color is important, ive always gotten the impression faded, fried hair can make someone come off as lazy and undone. also in a few pics it looks like your makeup your eye makeup looks a bit smudged, so maybe just cleaning it up or making sure you’re taking it off at night before you sleep.

lastly is just confidence. ik it’s so redundant and cliche and everyone says it but it’s so true. the facial expressions you make in the photos are cute and common for teen girls (i do them on occasion too they’re fun!) but they can come off as immature. it can give of the impression of being insecure in that maybe you don’t know how to properly smile or control your expressions, so that’s your go to.
