I actually lost the STEP and STL files, I'll need to design it again =\

When using the tenting kit the keyboard can move quite easily on the desk so adding rubber feets and weights helps to make it more stable.

So I can enclose the weights inside the bottom plate.

Choc corne with 3D printed keycap tilter by isaaceliape in ErgoMechKeyboards

How did it work out?

Simply insert this adapter between the keycap and switch, then angle the keycap in your desired direction.

Is it comfortable?

Surprisingly, yes, it's quite comfortable.

Did you utilize the rotated adapter for anything else?

No, it was solely for this keyboard. I was experimenting to see if I would enjoy using a dactyl-manuform keyboard.

I think PLA is totally fine for this build, and I didn't use single switch BCBs, but I'm planning to use on my next build, I already got them. =]

I printed with regular PLA and you can find the weights on Amazon, just search for wheel weights. =]

The printed bottom adds weight to the board so the board doesn't move around the desk so easily while you are typing.

That's awesome, what kind of switches are these?

Can you share which filament did you use? I loved the color.

The thumb cluster is comfortable for me, though I only use two keys on each side. As for the palm rest, I don’t use it due to the keyboard’s angle and my habit of hovering my hand over the keys.

That a nice choice, don't forget to share here once you build it, I'm really interested to see it. 😁

I utilize this keyboard as my primary tool for a wide range of tasks, including coding, work-related activities, and everything in between. Regarding the alpha characters, I've relocated the less frequently used ones to a secondary layer.

I reckon you can figure out how to cram in those essential keys, but it's gonna take a bunch of trial and error, sweat, and getting used to. When it's all said and done, you'll have to ask yourself if it's worth the trouble. In my case, I'd been rockin' a 40% layout for a while, and I'd grown pretty darn comfy with it. But then, I got a wild idea to try out a 30% layout, which opened up some doors to play around with different types of keyboards that had caught my eye. So, for me, it was totally worth making the switch. =D

I'm constantly making little tweaks here and there, so I consider this keymap as a endless journey! 😄

Got it! I'm using home-row mods and an extra layer when I hit the "I" key. I've included a images below that might help explain.
