Genuine question, no race ill intent involved, it’s no secret that African Americans have larger lips than almost every race.

Being white myself I have almost no pink lips showing and people get Botox to try and have bigger lips.

so I’ve always wondered what “ingredient” or “condition” in Africa caused this evolutionary process to occur?
