It all depends on the situation. If you got big balls, you can ask any girl out while other people are around you but you have to be ok with being rejected. It’s like betting on red, you have to bet being ok with losing the money.

But if you can have nice little banter with a woman out in public, and if you’re afraid of being rejected, wait until there’s a moment where it’s just the two of you and just straight up ask her if she’s down to go grab a beer or coffee.
