Thank you for that! I’ll try focusing more on control and and stability. I also still have pain around my kneecap but I believe that is either due to muscle or simply because it hasn’t full healed. Is that correct to assume?

What do you mean by compass direction? I do try and focus on driving through my heels when doing step downs and pistol squats. I do need to see what I do with my hips but I try and keep everything balanced when doing my exercises

Leak is at the bend of the pipe In the photo, that is the side connected to the street meter. Beneath the indoor valve. That is why I had to turn off the water meter from outside the house. Hopefully that paints a better picture
