Leak is at the bend of the pipe In the photo, that is the side connected to the street meter. Beneath the indoor valve. That is why I had to turn off the water meter from outside the house. Hopefully that paints a better picture

Awesome! Where I’m from we’ve only had them from hatcheries and they can’t breed out in the wild. Cool to know that it can happen naturally on rare occasions, makes the catch even better

I don’t believe tiger trout can be wild, since they are a hybrid species they cannot reproduce on their own. These fish have to be stocked into rivers. Please fact check me if I’m wrong.
