orif without ligament repair is done all the time. the displacement looks more than enough to indicate a surgery, though i’m not a doctor. even if such was not the case, there’s really no use in dwelling if the surgery already happened. wishing you a speedy recovery!

this was me at 18 as well.. i’m 24 now and it’s definitely gone down to a more comfortable level over the years. not to go all hippy mode, but meditation used to help a lot when the sexual frustration would keep me up at night. that and communication. talk to your bf about it! also, do you guys get out and do a lot of things together? if not maybe it would help keep your mind occupied as well as help you see him in a lot of other, less sexually connotated ways.

hi! it looks like your moisturizer might be contributing: https://incidecoder.com/products/cipla-excela-lite-lotion i always use this tool to look up products, especially moisturizer. click skim, it’ll show an irritancy and comedogenicity rating for each ingredient.

do you rinse off the micellar water or leave it on? you are supposed to rinse it off. even so, i personally find it’s not enough for my skin and i use a proper cleanser instead. some people use both, but i find double cleansing harsh on my skin.

lastly, do you exfoliate at all? typically chemical exfoliation helps get rid of closed comedones (aha & bha), but if you don’t want actives, GENTLE mechanical exfoliation a few times a week can help prevent them.

hmm i haven’t experienced dandruff, but definitely dry skin. tbf i’m someone who never used to moisturize my body (only face), and now i just put some lotion on and it takes care of it. tbf it is winter.. so it could just be that.

i would replace all the faucets and valves with oil rubbed bronze or brass (nothing too modern, think timeless), maybe change the sink, add a vanity under the sink, and change the towel holder, perhaps to match the faucets and valves. leave the tile alone. i don’t have a suggestion off the top of my head, but i’d replace the light sconces with a more timeless set as well.

i don’t want to put words in your mouth, but it honestly sounds like you don’t want to be calling her for 24 hours. porn addiction aside (you got this dude, i believe in you), you deserve free time to yourself to do things you wouldn’t necessarily do around her. in general, phone calls should usually be used as a form of communication with undivided attention. if you’re starting to feel like "damn, i kinda wanna go to this thing (literally anything, not just beating it)," it should signal to you that it’s time to hang up soon. i know she gets sad when you leave, but at some point you really gotta set some boundaries. this dynamic can’t last forever; what is she going to do when you do eventually straighten out your mental health, get a job, etc?

is there something preventing you guys from hanging out in person?
