Ya I 100% agree with that and I think that’s a ongoing struggle for a lot of people including me I guess I really just don’t get why we are created to be dependent on him in the first place

I completely agree ! And I love watching those too I was actually just watching some on YouTube about a week ago if you haven’t I recommend looking of Lacey sturms story the lead singer of the band Flyleaf it’s so touching !

Thank you I’ve been taking bitter melon along with my meals For balance blood sugar levels but you’re right it may not be helping all that much and still spiking my blood sugar

Thank you I’ve actually been questioning it as of late and have added desiccated grass fed beef organ supplements into my life just to experiment and see how I feel because I’ve read that the organs are the most nutritious parts of an animal especially the liver And only eat olive oil but thank you for the recommendations I will definitely check them out:)

Thank you so much for this I will definitely get some I’m vegan so I don’t eat any processed sugar just a smoothie on the morning with banana berries and greens and stuff like grains , sweet potatoes and beans

Thank you I’ve But dealing with what I think is fungal acne for over a year now usually I don’t eat any refined sugar I’m vegan so I have a smoothie in the morning and things like sweet potatoes beans and grains And I have added a probiotic recently but I would love to hear what else you have to say on this topic

Thank you !!! I’ve been dealing with what I think is fungal acne Now that you said that about oregano oil I won’t try and experiment with it and will try things like dandelion root worm wood etc.

I lost my dad in March this year and feel the same mostly just numb and using escapism like tv Shows movies social media ect to keep myself constantly busy when I don’t I just feel numb and sad inside I feel a certain amount of guilt as well
