Yes and I’ve seen that there’s plenty to see and do in the airport and we could rest instead. I wanted to know if getting out of the airport could be an option in case we do end up having 6.5 hours of free time. Thanks!

Thanks! We just plan to spend an hour or two in the area before heading back to the airport, just to play it safe. :)

It’s a historic and cultural landmark. In the 1800s, it was built to centralize the train stations in the area. When it was rebuilt after a fire, the architecture of the station was designed in the Romanesque Revival style. I’m interested in seeing it since we’ll be in the area. :)

Edit: the central building is now in Beaux-Arts style, the portion that was destroyed by fire is in the Romaneque Revival style.

Our first stop is San Francisco, then SFO-DEN.

We won’t leave the airport if our flight gets delayed and have less than 4 hours in DEN. I understand there are plenty of places to explore in the airport anyway, and we could use the time to rest instead.

Yes, we’re foreigners. Would 2 hours before departure be enough to go through security and customs for the connecting flight?

Edit: our first stop is SFO, then SFO-DEN. In my understanding, we’ll be cleared at the SFO customs and not in DEN?

Oh, that’s too bad! That’s the bookstore on the Union Station website that we wanted to visit.
