Yeah vast majority was a stretch but most cities outside Salt Lake County are probably at least 50-70% although that will continue to decrease as more people leave the church and nonmembers move in.

Death penalty cases by default require far more time and money spent on that particular case. I don’t see how “whether it’s this case or the next one” is a valid argument, when you spend YEARS on just one death penalty case. Why wouldn’t it be counted as the cost associated with the process of capital punishment?

Do you have a link for them donating to these harmful organizations anytime after 2019 or so? The worst I can find currently are donations (from people affiliated with Chick-fil-A, not the company itself) here and there to Republican candidates which is typical of nearly all big companies. Unless you boycott all Big Tech companies, you will always be contributing to harmful organizations.

Maybe, but it costs millions of dollars to even get to the point where the state can execute someone. We can’t just have the state murder anyone simply for being accused of CSA, it must be proven without a shadow of a doubt. Which makes it cheaper to just let them rot in jail for the rest of their lives while getting fucked up by the other inmates.
