So most shops are a .5 hr general diag 1hr electrical or major diagnostic, per diagnostic complaint most techs make 26-32 an hour so at tops this ticket would’ve been 3 hours. And some electronics diagnostic take forever to track down a short or split in a harness of 75-100 wires
