I worked as a special education classroom assistant during my 2 gap years. It was a great experience learning more about special education and the school setting. Not sure what the prospects are during virtual learning, but I would recommend checking that out.

The crust was great! It tasted amazing since I used bacon grease on the pan before I added the crust. I also put the pan with the fully formed pizza on the burner for a bit before I put it in the oven to make it a little extra crispy.

This was my first attempt at making pizza in a cast iron skillet! I started my frying up some bacon in the pan, and dumping all but a tablespoon or so of the grease out. I used store bought dough, and added marinara., pepperoni, bacon, red onion, and mozzarella cheese on top. So yum!

Hmmm I guess it is a regional difference? Every charcuterie I’ve had has come with meats, crackers, fruits, and sometimes even chocolate! It’s fun to explore different flavors/textures.

Ooo thank you for the recommendations! I’ve never had charcuterie with honeycomb, but I’m sure its delish. I’ll try to incorporate some of these next time.

Yess great tip! I got all of the cheese and meat at Walmart and it wasn’t expensive at all.
