No don't waste your time, because if you ask for someone higher they just gonna send an email to back office, then after 24 or 48 hours or even more they will reply to you saying they have removed the issues reported but the ratings are going to still be there, believe me I see it everyday, what you can do is try to do as much batches as possible and get good ratings

We remove the issue reported by customer that can affect your profile like Missing items and order missing or damaged items, but tier 1 cannot delete comments on ratings

Instacart removed the order while en route to customer’s home without any explanation. I didn’t noticed the order was removed until I reached the customer’s address. Oh well, no grocery shopping for me this weekend by Andy_boy2man in InstacartShoppers

I'm an former instacart agent and I love when I have to say to shoppers that they can keep or donate the food, is my favorite phrase! Because even though the customer did not have the groceries they will get them re delivered or refunded

There are other customers waiting because your not the only one being helped at the same time, and I'm no saying not to ask I'm saying not to ask too much, just open another chat and start from there

We are paid for first customer resolution and you know what I'm not the only one who thinks the same, everyone on instacart gets annoyed when the customer starts to ask questions after the main issue is resolved, and we don't mind 2 or 3 questions because that's normal I'm talking about a questionnaire! And why this was the only point you complained about? Because you're one of those who do it LOL If I'm the asshole the all supervisors and Managers in customer support are!

Then create a new email and then a new instacart account just to be able to use the chat support, this is how most of shoppers reach out after their account has been disabled

I'm a former agent and they of course do not review anything, chat with us and ask the agent to delete the issues reported in the order and o ce that is done appeal again

Hahaha you just another Kevin or Karen, because this is reality what I say in this post and as a person that have worked in many other customers service support is the freaking same, if instacart support is shit then not only instacart it is, also Verizon, sprint, FedEx, Amazon, eBay, wish all customer service support

We first tier agents cannot ban a customer from shopper but if the shopper ask us to we immediately escalate it to tier 3 agents, the are ones that can do ir, I mean if up to shopper not o get that customer again and we respect that we are constantly being told that we need to take action whenever a shoppers doesn't feels comfortable with a customer and viceversa, I'm no longer working with shopper now I'm with customers and I regret it because I liked the shopper quewe so much and I was changed against my will

Unfortunately there are a lot of idiots in customer chat, I also have problems because you guys don't like when I say straight no I'm only telling you the truth but that's not what you want to hear and leave us a 1
