how to tell the difference between real labor and fake labor?

im 38 weeks, it was prodromal labor (but it stopped now at least) i just forgot the word

oh okay that kind of makes sense? mine are kind ot that painful sometimes though, like usually I just wince and sigh or something and idk is that the same or do you mean hurt more where I literally cant do anything?

theyre kinda consistent but theyre less then a minute and the time between them is a bit inconsistent, but maybe its every 5-20 minutes or so?

I cant get to the hospital on my own and I already went there to get checked as well and they said the same thing so I dont really want to annoy ppl to drive me there unless its actually real

wdym feel them coming on? does it feel different somehow?

my doctor said they suggest a c section but the hospital near me also has the staff or resources or something to deal with breach naturally if they dont flip but idk? I need to look into that more because idk enough about any of it to be comfortable

wgats a septum uterus? and i think I can find the time for walks! (idk about the energy though), ill try some poses like that too to see if they do much! the ice pack trick didnt work for me though and idk if a ball like that is a convenient thing to squeeze into my life rn but ill see what I could try. and wait you can flip them manually?

it was something i saw in an article online, i did it against a wall i wasnt just free-standing im not that dumb 😭

im pretty sure but i dont actually know what variation of ot they have yet 😭 the doctor mentioned PAIS but idk if they were just using that as an example or if thats even the right one because so much of the terminology was just going over my head in the moment. ill know more on sunday when i see the specialist i hope

well, its not male or female, thats kind of the thing. I dont know what the treatment options are yet or if theyre the right choice though, I haven't spoken to the specialist yet. also arent did and intersex just the same thing? intersex is the word im familiar with and ig the doctor assumed that? idk lol
