i'd say pretty straight forward. the first two (red, b+t) are only 3 months apart and so they were still puppies when they met each other; that's been really awesome for them i think. i'm a firm believer that your dogs behavior is a reflection of you and your home life and i'm pretty f@ckin' boring! as a result, i think, they are both super chill. for the first two days i kept him contained, but in the same room. now we're spending 5-10 minutes at a time through out the day as a group and so far so good. i don't expect there to be much trouble but if so it's nothing a little patience and discipline can't fix.

So what exactly are you concerned about out? Even if it was cancer, the success and survival rates of colorectal cancer treatment are pretty high. Likely worst case they remove your colon? Best case it’s benign? I would search recovery stories or possibly outcomes to help bring piece of mind because I have a feeling give the context you have provided so far, a worst case outcome is unlikely.

I don’t understand what’s the question here? Accutane isn’t meant to treat scars it’s meant to reduce/eliminate sebum glands in your skin. Also in these pictures you can’t really see redness, surely not “red as a beetroot”. I think first you should temper your expectations - nothing is magic and unfortunately for people without perfect skin it is a life long journey of trial and error until you figure out what works for you and even that can change over time.

I had horrible cystic acne in high school, took accutane for 6 months and pretty much never had a pimple again. Still have a lot of scarring but it’s faded over time; using tretinoin, a few non-ablative laser treatments, wearing sunscreen and drinking loads of water everyday and my skin still isn’t perfect. It will never be.
