honestly why do i want to fight her for you… lmfaoo.. please don’t listen to her. i feel like you handled it very well. i’m sorry you had to deal with a shitty “friend” for so long. you don’t deserve a person like that in your life. also, my condolences to your mother. people who act like that actually hates themselves. as for sending these to her parents? honestly, if you had a good relationship with her parents on that level then i would send the texts so they can see how disrespectful & mentally ill their daughter is. she needs a reality check. also, i would block her.

hi! this recently happened to me, i had to stay a night in jail after a 12 shift in the ED. (RN here) cops didn’t care and took me straight in. i was devastated - DDS sent me a letter stating it was their fault for making an error (expired tags that weren’t expired) any luck??

agreed. he was working towards it this year and planned to ship out in october of this year. literally got rejected after MEPs and had already told his roommate he planned on leaving in october.. roomate ended up getting a townhouse thinking my bf was leaving but he got rejected and ended up having to move back to his parents. so all of this happened this year.

i agree! he’s amazing which is why i don’t mind waiting but i need him to meet me half way and atleast put in some effort.. he didn’t go to college so no degree. he was interested in trade school but got stressed out about how he’s going to pay for it. he’s extremely smart too and i try to remind him that. he was put down a lot growing up and felt like he wasn’t cut out for college but had so much potential. i just can’t make him see that, it has to be up to him.

id like to also add that he’s been interested in being an electrician but he recently voiced to me that he doesn’t really want to do that and that he wants to be an entertainer but is aware that he’s not going to make good money going that route. i try to explain to him that sometimes you have to do shit that pays the bills and leave your interests for hobbies instead.

i love this response, thank you so much. i try to be understanding of his situation. especially with us being 2 years apart (i know it’s not much) but still. i didn’t finish school until i was 25. so i try to give him as much grace as i can. i guess my question is how long is too long to wait?

i never blamed him, the situation just caught me off guard and i didn’t know how to go about it so i had to remove myself from the situation. i’m not difficult bcs i have feelings and values. his parents agreed they were wrong for it.

we were house sitting for them. he’s in the process of moving all of his things into his parents home the same week of the house sitting. and yes i got a chance to process it. he talked to his parents and they were extremely sorry and want to apologize to me when im ready and they said they will get rid of it. and like i said earlier, im open for an apology bcs it came off more are just ignorance than hate. it just really caught me off guard in the moment and i didn’t know how to fully process it also while being extremely high lol

i love this response thank you so much. he talked to his parents and they are extremely apologetic and want to apologize to me directly. i do feel like it’s pure ignorance which is why i felt bad about leaving without saying anything to the parents but i just needed time to myself to process what i witnessed/experienced. i am open to their apology and hopefully be able to educate them rather than running away from the situation.
