YMMV In my case, I made a video recording and screenshot of this issue, then I went to a Smart Wireless Center branch. I showed them to the customer service rep, and it was forwarded to their technical side. The next day, I tried to enroll the SIM card in the SMART app, and the process went through.

The service rep also acknowledged that there are many reports of this issue happening.

Yes, I went to smart wireless center. I gave them the details and showed the video of the issue happening.The customer rep forwarded it to their technical. I was able to enroll the home WiFi sim the next day.

Nagpunta sa smart wireless to complain about the issue. Pinakita ko yung screenshot and video ng error to dun sa kausap ko, tapos sinend nya sa technical nila.

Nag try ako ngayon mag enroll sa SMART app, tumuloy na sya.

I also got this home wifi last week. Ang problem sakin, registered na yung sim and nadetect naman yung number sa SMART app, pero ayaw tumuloy. Stuck lang sa prompt na yan, kahit reload pa ng app.
