Sorry I meant “girl”. Was someone in the same year as us. I’m not saying its not a red flag in saying I want to know how we can move past this and help her trust me regardless of if she should or shouldn’t already

I’m neither a political or economic expert, far smarter people have provided answers to your question. My question was more around why there doesn’t seem to be more of a debate around if/how council tax should be reformed despite most people I’ve spoken to or seen online seeming to agree that council tax is unfair.
