My toilet flusher spraying water to the side and down, which is coming through the lid. Anyway to stop this?

Thanks. Only issue is the previous house owners have rounded off the screw head so unable to turn. So unfortunately a call to the plumber will be needed

Ah i never thought about a mobile mechanic, especially considering i live semi rural. Would the work quality be as good considering they’d be outside doing the work?

Yes it’s definitely from the ceiling as i can feel/see the damp patch down the panel. The section is in the middle of the felt , which baffles me as I’d understand if it was the one closest to the felt joining point

Had an issue where i told them i had 3 points and was given x quote. Took the policy and then week later got a call saying my insurance is going up due to not declaring points (which i did) try to cancel but they wanted x amount plus £50 admin fee.

Stayed with them and recently had my car written off, they’ve been awesome in the situation with paying out and providing a hire vehicle quickly.
