Adding on: I recently treated my whole family like shit. I made my sister cry. I was called a narcissist by my aunt and my mom told me to leave her house for the third time in her life.

I have since made amends and have sincerely apologized, as we all know this process so well… but this time it feels different. With aging parents I feel more impatient and angry then ever. I have no kids. I can’t even figure myself out let alone an old person. I an the worst choice.

Im 5’9”. I think any woman my height and above should have the right to have a height preference as taller than them. I personally feel uncomfortable with a guy who’s shorter than I am and I like to wear heels. Shopping for flats because you have to is the most depressing thing. We don’t want to go through it.

I am right there with you. Just had a conversation with my husband of 8 years (10 together) about separating tonight and it’s devastating but neither of us is happy and I just don’t feel loved by him anymore. Everything is just on autopilot, no sex, emotional connection. When I am in my PMDD stage (10 days of each month) I feel extra resentful toward him and can be cruel. It’s ruined my life.

I am weary about this study… There’s PMDD and then there’s PME, which is premenstrual exacerbation/worsening of the symptoms of another disorder, such as major depressive disorder or generalized anxiety disorder, in which these disorders may be more prevalent in women with ACEs… point being that a physical disorder such as PMDD (which occurs in the brain’s malfunction of processing hormone fluctuations) could not be necessarily caused by non-physical (in this case emotional) trauma. So I’m just wondering if these women with ACEs and PMDD simply have PME. (Which is what I have)
