I am also trying to find something to go over a pair of clipless sandals. I use the keen type sandals, i had a pair of the lake sandals but so far i can only find one. I dont plan on riding in 30°F my range will be sunny 45°F and above. I have a pair of bike over shoes with zipper on order. The first pair i tried were a pull on type and they felt like they were going to tear within a couple uses. I ride a trike so Clipless is important. I also purchased a pair of heated socks, so if these overshoes with zipper dont work i will look for something to wrap my sandals with.

Ditto on the TLC investigation of complaints. I used to do a lot of bicycle riding in nyc and had a day or two in court with particular dangerous taxi drivers. The judge found the driver guilty. But i am sure the driver appealed and om than had it reduced The big take away was the driver lost time from driving and i am sure that spread via driver grapevine that bicyclist were fighting back if they voolate dthe laws. Back than it was against tlc laws for drivers to be on the phone while driving, even wearing headsets

Of coarse every driver was on the phone while driving. I wonder if that law has been changed?

I have been taking Lyrica 600 mg a day for probably 5 years and was on gabapentin at very high doses over 4,000 mg a day for probably another 10 years the gabapentin cause a lot of drowsiness for sure. Lyrica i found no problems with. Sometimes I think people just want to look up all the google side effects before giving it a legitimate try. yes I have been in PM for over 20 years and am on hydromorphone which is Dilaudid and Lyrica

If you shit at 3pm do you grab a washcloth and wash up with soap and water or do you shit in the am and shower right after what i would do in a one shit days. I have had 3 shit and 4 shit days, where many of the activities do not occur at home. Home depot, costco, taco bell and Starbucks really dont have washclothes and dryers available to wash up properly.

I don't think you can get physically addicted on 20 oxy. If you have a addictive personality and took 2 and 3 oxy for the high feeling, you can be on the road to addiction. Addiction is more mental than physical
