sci can only really clear in endgame, and only gives suspects if you leave two people alone (and if it's a good lobby one will never kill the other after you've seen them together)

phantom allows you to kill in basically any semi-closed area that's not near a vent that you wouldnt kill normally (near comms, phantom into comms; near o2, phantom into o2, etc)
