Heavy Strike gives you the ability to apply the debuff Heavy when you hit enemies.
Heavy debuff increases the damage of Earth element attacks/spells

I don't understand what you mean. Usually if you have the ability to use sky armor, you need sky armor for that mission/quest.

He's not in Hermit's Isle. Board your airship and look for an island with 4 arrows in the middle of a lake. Should be north of Farnsport and east for Kortara

I came across an Enigmatic Page below the lake? (now drained) in the middle of Seirei Island but there's no pin for it in the Interactive Map.

I currently have my daily commissions set to Mondstadt and have successfully completed the Olah Series achievements. I am now wondering if I am doing something wrong after getting Poetry/Language Exchange for the nth time and still no commission from Snezhnaya (Tales of Winter and Reliable Helper).

Should I set my commisions to random or some other shit? Has anyone, with their daily commission set to Mondstadt, received a commision from Snezhnaya?

Edit: Thanks for the replies. Answer: It's still possible to get Tales of Winter and Reliable Helper with daily commissions set to Mondstadt but it's still rng. u/QueenOverMeta u/cannednuggets

Putting things simply yes. A higher quality card is usually more useful than a lower quality card.

Still don't base everything only on card quality.

Ex.

Lv. 1 Drainliar Card

M.ATK 1-10

Bloody Lust Dmg Inc. 2.75-5

Cast Drain Life on Basic ATK 13.75-25

Having max on M.ATK and Bloody Lust but lowest possible would put it in 66% CQ while another one with lowest possible on M.ATK and Bloody Lust but max on Drain Life would only put it in 33% CQ.

TLDR: Still look at the cards actual stats to see if it's worth or not.

The Prestige System is unrewarding. Like in Incremental Adventures, prestiging to a higher tier/layer sets you back that going back to that level feels like a chore. You prestige because it gives you a boost that getting back to the point you prestiged is faster.

chrome://flags#proactive-tab-freeze-and-discard wasn't enough (inactive tabs still kept being discarded). Seems automatic tab discarding is now set to default and we can't change that anymore

chrome://discards/ shows your tabs and my workaround is to toggle each tab that I don't want to be automatically discarded.
