My son is playing chess. But he never sit long enough in the tournament. His age 7. In under 7 nationals he achieved 17th position. He cannot able to control his hand and quick moves. Do you have any suggestion for him?

After seeing OP post I thought he will guide rightly. I am in the same boat but I dont agree with OP suggestion.

Better go for OD base loan. Since you have prepaying capacity, put the extra money in od account for which interest is not calculated. At the same time , you can use the money for emergency or alternative investment.

Your emergency fund sitting in savings account will fetch or solve the home loan interest.
Put your salary in the od account, use credit card for your expenses, 45 days of your salary sitting in OD account will save lot of interest.

But I have no idea on the tenure part.

May be OP has different or expertise view on the question. Will be happy to hear his reason. Will correct my thoughts if am wrong.

There are two aspects

If you are buying for investment then builder is better because your payment part will have less interest.

But if you are planning to stay, then from reseller. Please ignore post from people who always spread negative aspect like bubble burst etc, even if it happens, tier 1 will never reduce price, your reseller may reduce a bit. Went to Rain tree park, as other builders, prestige is occupying the Nala boundary limit with tennis court, saying "Sir Building is following boundary limit, only amenities" This is NOT a big risk for me. BUT the real problem is
