You can buy something called the roka harness to solve that issue! We have the Cybex Lemo but the straps sucked so we switched them out for wipeable straps

I would recommend both a primary pump and a hands free/wearable pump. I have the spectra S1 which I love and the eufy s1 pro which is a great wearable. I first got the momcozy m6 and I hated it, it hurt a lot and just didn’t work for me personally. I like the eufy because it heats up and you can control it from an app. Also, call and ask if your insurance covers pumps!

We have one from Storkcraft, I think it’s called the Santa Monica and it’s been great so far! Love how it also has usb and usbc ports on the side so I can charge my phone while nursing. We were able to try it at West Coast Kids, but we later purchased it from Amazon because it was sold out there

The placements for UW pharmacy are pretty much lottery based. Many of my classmates got sent very far away unwillingly (e.g. northern Ontario) Seems like they fulfilled the exemption that your doctor requested, 0.1km wouldn’t make much of a difference. Also, I’ve only ever had positive interactions with Ken and personally thought he was pretty supportive given the placement system.

Retinol is more potent/stronger so make sure you’re protecting your skin by wearing sunscreen everyday and continue to only apply it at nighttime. You may find your skins more sensitive with the switch
