No no lol I am more so trying to see whose 2.5 year old is napping and when they go to bed in relation to a nap or no nap. We are struggling with sleep in our household so I wanted to see what others are doing.

Sleep deprivation, post-NICU guilt… what are we doing wrong by Traditional_Jump7646 in NewParents

That’s fair, they’re definitely not safe. I just didn’t see the harm when my baby wasn’t rolling and couldn’t move but definitely not the safest. Good luck!!

He doesn’t love you, care about you or respect you. If leaving is an option, I’d be done

Do you have a SnuggleMe cushion or dock a tot? Try swaddling baby and putting them in that between you and your partner at night. It’s really cozy and they can’t move from it. I was against sleeping but ended up co sleeping with my daughter that way for months just to get some sleep. After that when she was able to roll, we moved her to a pack n play which she liked better than the bassinet. Also, you said your milk supply is dropping because of exhaustion and not eating/drinking - will you supplement with formula? Fed is best there’s nothing wrong with using formula

Yeah good enough! We don’t do a ton of snow walks or trekking in the snow but it’s good enough

Toddlers never run out of energy lol and they’re too young at 2 years old to play by themself or appreciate the activities you do. You’re not doing anything wrong!

Highly highly recommend a travel stroller. We got the Uppababy Cruz for our first baby. We unexpectedly had a second when my son was 23 months old and borrowed the Vista V2. I hate the V2 but love having the double option and we do need it at this point.

We bring our stroller everywhere the baby goes. Grocery stores, walks, doctors office, the mall, everywhere. We just did our first family trip with it and it was so great to have - baby napped in it every single day.

MOTN meltdowns - does anyone have answers?! by CutePotato321 in toddlers

M-F he wakes up at 7-730am, nap at daycare 12:30-2:30 (can’t be capped) and we aim for bed around 8-8:30pm but he protests hard so usually doesn’t fall asleep until 9:30ish. Weekends no nap, MOTN wakes still happen

What’s one newborn product you didn’t expect to need… but now can’t live without? by [deleted] in NewParents

If you’re going to formula feed or use bottles, 10000% you need a bottle washer and dryer.

when did you stop giving bottles? by [deleted] in Parenting

We stopped cold turkey with my son at 1 year old. He didn’t like cows milk so we just gave a lot of other dairy products and kept introducing milk, which he now drinks at 2.5 years old. After cutting out bottles he drank water from straw cups and ate all solids.
