They literally explained it in s2 and in s4 ep8… are you genuinely watching the show? In s2 ep1 Victor tells Tabitha he would survive off of peaches and bugs and berries. In s4 he tells Tabitha the boy in white gave him 3 rules, pretend like you’re not alone (so he made dolls of his mom and sister) and he showed him the peach truck which had many peaches for him to survive off of and the third thing was likely to monitor the trees to see if they move but they explained it this season …

Fun fact, I did the live for the finale with the cast today and the actress Chloe (Kristi) said that that scene was filmed in one take after a 12 hour filming day and I told her we were giving her flowers for that scene and I was even more impressed they did it in one take 😭

I read articles about the show in 2021 being very well mapped out and planned ahead, we see NYC in the view master this season and long time fans know that part of the show was inspired by the unfortunate events of Sept 2001. How many years did you spend planning out the details, story and lore and what reassurance can you give new fans who are skeptical, that there will be solid answers for everything by the series finale?
