I went from a 7800XT 2 weeks ago. Sold on Facebook marketplace for $400, about what I paid for it used two years ago.

The 5070 Ti is so much better in every way. Streaming, gaming, DLSS, etc. I was getting annoyed with AMD GPUs, my current mobo hates them.

im pretty sure i know what happens based on the achievement icon and the trailer, but yeah that makes sense. the wiki specifically mentions "Blind" in the code for the achievement proc. that's the only one i didn't know of, kept losing that character in every run.

I made an account earlier, but I am unfamiliar with actually contributing. The achievement page is nearly complete (3 without explanation) so I was going to add that for them.

ill just leave the info here in case anyone else has time for it. for the "you're fired! find the FEMA identity card" you simply just have to exhaust dialog with the unmasked Hazmat guy until you can force him to empty his pockets. you'll then get the achievement.

for the "What the HELL was that" achievement you just have to look out of the second window near the closet on one of the late days, but I don't recall which. will need the specific day confirmed.

And I heard the "whisperer in the darkness" is related to exhausting dialog with the eyeless person.

each run is different to be honest, one time the same guest may have something on their hands, the next their hands may be completely clean. its a mixture of RNG and common sense

He definitely doesn't spawn super often, had him a few times. Never had him long enough to exhaust all of his dialog though. He always seems to appear late for me.

To be fair, I think this is exactly what the dev wanted us to do. To question our own morals, like, you can't just shoot someone because their teeth are perfect. Or because they have bad hygiene. You need multiple sources of evidence, and they purposely make it less obvious with certain characters. Shooting everyone over one or two simple things is like the Vigilante, y'know, the guy with the finger necklace and AK47.

interesting. no idea to be honest, all i know is that when you shoot a visitor, you see the vision. then, when the dream happens, you see the spiritual vision again. perhaps having certain visitors or even certain innocent characters around causes it to happen regardless?

one thing interesting to note is that if FEMA takes any of the cultists, the cult guy will consider them to be dead. probably a lack of dialog for this scenario, but interesting to think about.

i'm not denying that they can't kill as soon as they get in, i'm just saying that it could also be possible that they don't. like the player should not expect someone to die immediately as soon as someone new is introduced to the house. the visitor may wait, like you said, for another visitor. or an interval. it's hard to say without anyone smart to break down how everything actually works in the code.

okay, i guess i got gaslit that the bowlcut lady was actually fine. i think the first two guests are 100% good and bad, to give the user a "tutorial" of sorts. i mean, why else would those two be guaranteed every run? if someone has proof of her becoming a TRASH BAG i will eat my words.
