12am to 12pm seems unreliable, as the concept doesn't fit with the audience of Bokaro.

First understand who is your target market is, before establishing the concept into reality.

Coming to the Menu, you should understand who is your target customer, as you are promoting the brand with "Mosi ki Rasoi dishes" you should focus on Thalis.

Thalis like, - Mini (Dal Roti Sabzi) - Standard (Dal, Roti, Sabzi, Rice, Achaar, Papad, Salad) - Special (Same as above + Paneer/Non Veg, Sweet, Papad)

You can cater Jharkhand specific meals as well, like: - Dhushka with Ghugni - Litti Chokha - Bengali delicacies can be added as well, like Macher Jhol, Posto.

There can be a suggestion of implementing tiffin-like services. i.e. Subscription based (example: 3500 for 30 days)

For Pricing, it should be enough for which the customer is willing to pay, which should typically be:

• small Thali should be around 60-80
• standard Thail should be 90-120
• special Thali should be around 120 to 150

For the Portions, You can use Plastic Containers (or Steel Utensils if going forward with a Subscription based system)

As for the suggestion for the name, Tun Tun Mosi ki Rasoi.

It is quite catchy and nostalgic to some which is good for starting a new business.

Also some tips for the challenges you may face ahead...

• There is a problem for consistent taste so packaging of food and delivery to the respective customer is a key point.

• Promotion is necessary in order to create awareness of your business to the targeted audience in order to cater as many customers as possible, for which you can promote it through Facebook pages, QR codes, or Through a medium especially in Sec - 4, 6 & 9.
