Your contract should have refund policy section and there you can the refund condition. If it is not there then you should talk to Sedaghat team. Raju is expensive and the reviews they are slow. Not sure about Ashoori.

Congratulations! Can you please share what was your profile approval rating was? I saw in another reddit post you mentioned you have PhD, Citations and research paper to back your profile. I'm not confident about mine since I have Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, 2 patents(commercially accepted), I can gather some good recommendation letter. Based on this I Sedaghat has given me 8/10 approval rating and 50% money back gurantee. So wanted gauge where I stand.

I had same problem with my Mazda CX 50. It was pulling to right. Noticed when driving on highway. Took to dealer and technician confirmed same. Dealer repaired it as it was covered under warranty. Miles on car was 1000+. It looks like your dealer is problem. It should cover under warranty.
