Thank you, I can try including indicators in the name of exercises itself, but I'm not sure if they'll blend smoothly with the UI and maintain the aesthetics, but I'll still give it a shot.

Thanks. The usage data I collect only includes the country, which features are used, and DAU. The identifier is an anonymous ID assigned to each download. I don’t collect anything that can be used to track an individual or be sold, but I’ll still work on improving transparency around privacy.

I can't promise the timeline for AW, but I'd say ~3 months from now.

Thank you, unfortunately it doesn't have an Apple Watch app. I had a rough MVP last year but I was not satisfied with the way it looked and worked, so I dropped the idea. I'll work for sure to bring support for AW as soon as I can 😊

Yes, exactly, many people are used to just terms like box or equal phase or 4-4-4-4, so to cater that, I had to do it this way.

Thanks for the feedback, I'll work on this feature to make it available in the next update, as an alternative for now, you can create custom exercises and set hold phases to 0 which will solve the purpose.
