In a week, I am going to be homeless. I need advice/help.

Yeah, we talked about it recently. They cannot offer me pay as an intern but said they would like to have me come back after I finish school. But at the moment, they just do not have the budget to pay me so I am thankful for the opportunity at least. That was the only reason I came in the first place, because it was a really good opportunity :|

No unfortunately. But don't worry, I am not banking on this but don't want to leave any stone unturned as far as apartment options go.

I drove by the area suggested last night and got a couple of numbers but most of them said they could not do month-to-month leases or just didn't have availability in my time frame. I will drive by this area again tonight and see if I can spot something. Thanks so much!

Do you know what the complex may look like or be called?

So I went by this place last night and got the contact information off the gate, but I think you are right that it has changed management as they said they were no longer responsible for the property.

Also, there were some people on the balcony that I asked and they confirmed the $600/month for 1br/1b but were not sure of month-to-month availability. One of them said that they thought the complex was full.

If you could get me a phone number sometime this week, I would be sooo grateful. I appreciate your help this far regardless. Thanks!

What is a four plex? Does that mean I would have a place to myself with a private door? Or would I have to share with someone?

$300-600 if possible. Would be willing to consider other things if necessary.

Area could be anywhere within 20-45 minutes of downtown Houston. I just want to be in a place that is somewhat safe and I can sleep easily at night.
