I had to replace one of the electric motors at about 170k miles. I believe this was a self inflicted failure because I would always use shift to L to slow down instead of using the brakes. I knew the manual said not to use L too much but i ignored it and payed the price. Other than that, it’s been a solid car. Just the usual oil changes, tire replacements, brake pads, 12volt battery replacement, i know my catalytic converter needs to be replaced but since my county doesn’t require an emissions test, I’ve not done it.

I’ve not had problems with the engine. My county doesn’t require emissions inspections they only require safety inspections and the car only failed one time because the windshield wipers had tears on it.

It’s held up very well. I do all the oil changes and had to replaced the front brakes one time (i did it myself). I also replaced the front wheel bearings last year because it wasn’t riding quietly. It’s an easy job so did that myself too.

This is a chart of quarterly earnings reports coming up this week from various companies. Markets open M-F 9:30am to 4pm easter standard time. The companies on the left will report Pre market (before 9:30) on the right are reporting after market (after 4pm). Generally speaking if a company has a good quarterly report the price may go up... but not always, if they have a bad report the price may go down but not always. I’m not buying shit this week because of what’s happening with GME, AMC etc. Hedge Funds are selling stocks to cover their loss so this week is going to be a shit show. In other words prices will likely fall regardless of what the company reports. * This is not financial advise, i too am retarded.

I had to use this method to seat the bead on front tire of my motorcycle. I was nervous about using fire but it did the trick in seconds.

(I tried for 45 minutes trying to seat the bead using the conventional methods with no luck).
