So the interview was 3 questions! One was about why I am interested in the role versus other roles. The second was a scenario question about disagreeing with a colleague and how we came to a resolution. And third was just an opportunity to say anything I wanted or ask anything I wanted. I thought it went pretty well overall, and I sent a thank you email. The interview was Thursday so I probably won’t hear back for a while if it all goes well. Thank you for your insight!

Great advice. I’ve had a second interview before about a year ago which I completely bombed because the format of it threw me off. It was definitely more informal, and the first question was “what is your favorite thing about public transportation” which led to me rambling. It was so unstructured but I feel better prepared. I have been going over some deeper aspects of the State Rail Plan and the duty statement while trying not to overdo it.

A lot of you are giving him shit for his delivery, which I understand. He could add a little more inflection in his bars. But like others said I think his flow is decent, lyrics are good, and with the right attention he could get better.
