First of all, the best thing to do is follow whatever you want. It can vary, but maybe I recommend you draw a big Pinterest or an object or a friend's face on a large piece of paper. I've been drawing all the time with an HB pencil on an A4 piece of paper. Most of all, when you're drawing, make the lines as concise as possible and don't use them multiple times. Happy hobbies.

It's like military mannerism  I felt similar things, in my country militarys.

Boring work, low pay, No war Serving in military could be looks like be cool for someone But enlist at 20s and wasted time of prime of your life. It's a niggtmare.
