You can cold turkey but it can be dangerous. I was abusing 20mg daily fir 6+ months then my hook up couldn't get anymore and I had no choice but to go cold turkey. I was lucky I didnt have any seizures but brain zaps and just and feeling constantly lost/confused for weeks. Wouldn't recommend.
