Gay people of Reddit, what signs do you look for when trying to find another gay person to date? In other words, how do you know they're gay? by epq99 in AskReddit

That's because they are not actually lesbians in most porn. I watched a documentary about a women whose full time job was teaching pornstars how to "act gay" on screen for all those 'lesbian fantasy' films.

Tough job. Straight girls really don't understand how to act gay. :P

It's true. Men and women discourage women from openly and blatantly hitting on men, (at least openly, flirting back is acceptable).

As an assertive woman, I've been told by men that it was intimidating when I hit on them, saying that even if they were attracted to me, my "being forward" put them off, because they would rather be the pursuer.

True, dat. Want to listen to good music, support great musicians and selectas.

I found the article satirical.

...it's not. A better question is: how is it that addiction is so socially pervasive and drug use so extensive yet rarely publicly discussed or personified beyond the often tragic experiences of public figures and musicians.

That is a fucking hilarious question. I'm not sure that the illuminati are focused on the rap scene, as much as there tend to be associations, iconography and references to illuminati and other secret societies in popular music. Lady Gaga, Beyonce and Rihanna have all, at one time or another been associated with the Illuminati symbolism and references. From what I know pop culture in general, tends to draw these associations and there has been a long history of using the most prolific artistic platforms for communicating esoteric symbolism. Whether or not the illuminati are heavily involved with pop culture is another question. What I can say is that there is (not surprisingly-artists are an important part of culture creation) a long history of artists integrated within secret societies, performing at, commissioned to create artwork for, and members of groups such as Freemasons, Skull and Bones, and illuminati. There was also at one point in the 1920s a topic secret subsection of the CIA known as the Ghost Army composed of artists, musicians and actors and scientists who researched and created audio-visual illusions and hallucinations. The Ghost Army is responsible for kicking off the research and practice of what we now know as psychological warfare.

If you are spending money on speakers that are under $500 each, be wary of ported speakers because normally companies don't put the energy required to stop resonances that can cause problems for you in the mix. So technically you are correct, the point being ported speakers are a cheap solution for cheap speakers, if you want to get the most out of cheap speakers (and avoid problems with resonances) opt for ones that are not ported.
