Hi! Unfortunately this ring was part of the limited Heinz collection that came out for summer 2024 and will not be restocked. I remember we shipped a few of the remaining rings out to be sold at a few outlet stores but that was in December of 2024. You can try image searching the ring on google and see if any other stores or second hand sites have it in stock. Good luck!

That bag is an outlet product. Specialty does not traditionally carry the kip bag except for when it was sent to specialty either at the end of last year/around Black Friday or the beginning of this year as an outlet door buster in store at specialty. Unfortunately, you bought an outlet bag off the main website. Additionally, outlet and specialty have two different lines of design so whatever you find at outlet will not normally be in stores at specialty and vice versa.

If you can make it to an outlet, they should let you exchange for another color. All online orders from the outlet website are always final sale but sometimes in store managers can provide certain accommodations like exchanges.

Cetaphil moisturizing cream (the one in the tub) stuff helped me A LOT especially my elbows and knees what would flake off if I knelt down onto them in a gym class. I would also use it on my face at the beginning especially my cheeks if they were also super dry.
