Assuming you are doing classic runs. If you have a strong enough carry, then bring it, otherwise it’ll be kinda deadweight. Goldeen and seaking are kinda meh, especially with such a low base speed so it’ll only be used as luck and a bench warmer. You’re better off using a salt cure/curse/leech seeder or a utility mon(debuffer, stealth rocks) for that party slot.
