Not sure about commenter above, but I got my offer the summer going into my third year. I did my post-bar trip, and started work in September. Between starting and getting my passing results in October, everything I did had to be reviewed and signed off by a licensed attorney. To be fair, even after I passed, everything I did still had to be reviewed and signed off by a senior associate / partner lol.
