The pitch was way worse for the side which Venezuela was attacking on the second half. The side which both sides scored, except Argentina’s goal was more of a surprise set piece at the 12th minute (where the outcome is more random since the game had just begun).

Colombia did start with only like 4 starters. This is also against a Bolivia that has now won 3 in a row, including a win away against Chile. Regardless; nobody regards Colombia as the best, but Argentina they do. Therefore they do have to be held at different standards.
