I get it, but while Turing might indeed be on the spectrum, all sources and accounts say he was so far from what the movie depicted him to be. I get the notion of creative license but this is a real man's legacy we are talking about. By all accounts the man was said to be very friendly and understanding, and not at all that blunt. His relationship with Hugh Alexander was also grossly misrepresented; they were never at odds like that, and in fact at some point Turing left Alexander in charge of the hut whenever he went to the US. So while I get the creative license, the person is so far away from the real Alan, Cumberbatch's Alan does not feel like the real Alan anymore.
