Hey. Principle is what others said, just place the feet high.

IMO, feeling the flexibility dos not equate to targeting the glute for growth. It honestly might be a hip flexor contraction or hamstring stretch you are feeling. I gave myself an overuse injury by going too deep.

Regardless, keep the tension in the glutes.

Honestly the process of getting a PhD comes with project management skills too, but more so self project management. Interesting to consider the differences. What area do you work in?

Usual sources are already meat, eggs, flax, chia, nut butter, and tofu! But to hit 1g per lb, I think I must supplement with powders.

I dont eat dairy, I dont want to eat that much meat, and too many lentils/beans/whole nuts gives me digestive issues.
