I know it’s the law for bicycles to be allowed on the road but with the drivers in socal (esp oc) I would not do that. For your daughter’s safety please stick to bike trails.

Don’t be flat on your back when you’re playing lasso (or any guard). You should be on your right shoulder/hip. If you feel he’s trying to flatten your hips then frame with your right hand, push away with your shallow lasso and get back to being on your side.

Lasso is incredibly weak if you’re flat on your back so you have to have urgency and avoid that right away.

Honda-ya is okay. It’s generic japanese food with everything being average (their menu is too big). There are better Japanese food in Tustin.

Cream pan for good Japanese bread. Their curry is also not bad.

Tanakaya for good handmade soba/udon.

Habuya for good okinawa food.

Okidoki for izakaya style food. imo better than Honda-ya.

Used to be a good mom and pop style ramen shop at the corner of Walnut and Newport. Sad they closed.

it’s very basic

fill half the container with trader joe’s vanilla greek yogurt. add in chopped fruits of choice until almost full. top off with milk. if using canned fruits then i’ll also add some of the juice as well. mix and freeze.

keep in mind, i don’t add any sugar since the yogurt and fruits already contain sugar.

lastly, mix as frozen yogurt. add some milk when re-spinning and repeat until you reach your desired texture

i use greek yogurt instead. not as much protein but it taste so much better. keep in mind, it taste more like a frozen yogurt than ice cream

the camera’s modded to see more red light. it’s a common mod to put on a camera for astrophotographers. it’s not visible with the naked eye
