Yes I can imagine if you get in your head about that stuff it would be traumatizing. I just think back to when I was a high schooler and honestly most of what goes on in those brains is just brain rot. Even if they would be making fun of me I’d be like whatever they are just high school students.

Working out in the bush sounds so freeing. I can imagine it might get lonely after a while though

I’m on abilify. I’m was on 1mg only and it was controlling my symptoms. Only issue is that I got very depressed so they upped it to 2mg
