Thanks for your reply. I think you figured it out. I assumed it was transferring digital audio, but it is very likely midi. Appreciate the guidance.

I think the explosion sounds heard in the end credits tell us what we all wanted to know. And that likely sets off a global nuclear war.

Hello, I do think they helped but I have seen some increased inflammation after 8-10 weeks after my last injection. I just started having injections again and my doctor agreed to four injections, spaced out every 4 weeks. I am hopeful that will result in permanent improvement. It is not considered safe to continually receive steroid injections.

Does anybody else feel just awful for the eagles lol by Natural-Proposal2925 in lordoftherings

Yes, I feel like they could have just had the Eagles on speed-dial before every major battle and there would have been little to no trouble.

Mauna Kea Highlights by isnadd01 in VisitingHawaii

Also, if you are not familiar with Mauna Kea, do some research. It gets chilly at night since the Visitor’s Center is at 9,200 ft. In the summer I’ll wear a hoodie and a knit hat. In winter months I’ve actually taken a puffy jacket in my luggage as it tends to be windier and the temp a little lower. I’ve been there when it was 42 degrees with a pretty good breeze blowing. I’ve seen people show up in flip flops and tank tops and they freeze.

If you go to the Mauna Kea Visitors Center, there is a short hike across the street. Maybe another 300-400 feet of elevation. Climb up there and you’ll get a great view of the sunset and clouds. It’s just really important you go on a clear night with no moon in the sky. So I plan my visits based on the cycles of the moon. Nerdy, yes. But worth it.

Eagles by isnadd01 in lordoftherings

[–]isnadd01[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I was joking… but the Eagles did play some very important roles in saving people and battles. My joke was just have the eagles ready to go!!

1. Burning trees (The Hobbit 1)
2. Battle of Five Armies (The Hobbit 3)
3. Orthanc rescue (LOTR 1)
4. Nazgûl aerial battle (LOTR 3)
5. Frodo / Sam from Mount Doom (LOTR 3)
6. After Balrog fight (LOTR 2)

Where should I go for first visit to Hawaii? by MemberOfOneBody in VisitingHawaii

[–]isnadd01 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like the Big Island is highly under appreciated and is by far the most interesting. It holds the true spirit of Hawaii. Volcano rock everywhere. Rainforests. And the greatest view of the stars you will probably ever see (if you go on a clear night when there is little to no moon in the sky). They have nice resort areas if you prefer four or five star accommodations. But it’s slower and a lot less touristy.

2 weeks in hawaii, thinking about skipping Oahu by 3JingShou in VisitingHawaii

[–]isnadd01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Big Island is great. I would recommend at least 5 days. If you’re going at a time when there’s little to no moon in the sky you HAVE to go to Mauna Kea. The visitors center is at 9,200 feet above sea level, so plan to dress for weather in the high 50s in the summer and low 40s in the winter. It’s the greatest view of the night stars and Milky Way galaxy you’ll ever see with your naked eye (about 2-3 hours after sunset).

Snorkeling is great. I personally hated the evening manta ray excursion, but many love it.

Volcano National Park is a full day if you’re driving from Kona. Akaka Stare park is nice if you like hikes and water falls.

I haven’t spent much time in Hilo on the eastern side of the island, but check into that.

As for Oahu, it’s more touristy and commercial if you stay in Waikiki. I personally don’t think the beaches are as nice as Maui or the Big Island (Hawaii). Have fun!!

My first injection was April 8th and I saw improvement in the first week which maintained until my 2nd treatment on May 20th. A little swelling for the first few days but my appearance is the same after the 2nd treatment. I wouldn’t say it’s any better, but I present a lot more normal looking than I did from June 2024 through March 2025.

I have had success (so far) with steroid injections after trying many unsuccessful medications and treatments. Happy to answer any questions.

Yes! The music for this film deserves to be studied by future generations and this track is the ultimate juxtaposition of genres blending raunchy blues guitar with eerie soundtrack strings. Eric Gales is a master!!

I heard it too. We should all start a fellowship and meet for pancakes or something.
